Routine support requests, payment verifications, and enrolment queries are typically acknowledged and processed within five (5) business days.

2. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, students or users may submit formal written grievances regarding service deficiencies, enrolment issues, payment failures, or cancellation/refund disputes.

Submitting a Grievance:

• Send a detailed email to grievance@athovia.com with the subject line Grievance - [Your Name] - [Order/Course Name].
• Include a clear description of the issue, reference transaction IDs, and the specific resolution sought.

Response Timelines:

• Acknowledgment: All formal grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
• Resolution: Valid complaints will be reviewed and addressed as promptly as practicable, with final resolution provided within a maximum period of 30 days.

4. JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW

This Grievance Policy and all support interactions are governed by the laws of India. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
